The Role

This is a great opportunity for a Service/ Assembly Engineer in Leicester commutable from Coventry, Leamington Spa, Warwick, Rugby, Kenilworth, Hinckley and Coalville. Paying upto £45,000 generous bonus, car, pension, smart phone and lap top, it is working for a dynamic material handling company that manufacture their own machines. This fantastic Product/Service Engineer role will include diagnostic work, service, repairs and installations of a range of high-quality electric material handling equipment.

The Company

The successful Service Engineer will be working for an employer who:

  • are at the forefront of material handling / heavy duty moving machinery
  • supply a unique range of heavy duty capital equipment

The Candidate

As the successful experienced Product/ Service Engineer you should have a comprehensive knowledge of working with heavy duty material handling equipment with strong electrical knowledge; be experienced with fault finding and working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems; and be familiar with a variety of mechanical and electrical machinery. You should be self-confident, motivated and have excellent communication skills.

It may suit someone looking to find more of a work / life balance as it will not involve spending

70 % of their time in the workshop and 30% visiting customers.
