Working across many sectors, Finch Consultants work seamlessly with their clients to understand the possible interactions between people and engineering. They listen closely to their clients, to ensure they have the best possible understanding of their operations and then, using individual and collective knowledge, they help identify the hazards. Since an MBO in early 2012, it's culture has continued to evolve, resulting in high revenue growth and the development of the team, with a very strong emphasis on investment in people to catalyse accelerated growth through to 2022. They realised that hiring the right people was their biggest barrier to growth.
