Our NPS Score

At Precision, we believe in the power of feedback and continuous improvement. Ever heard of NPS? It's not just another acronym – it's the Net Promoter Score, a clever metric that gauges how likely our clients and candidates are to recommend our services. Picture this: a scale from 0 to 10, where 9s and 10s are our cheerleaders, 7s and 8s are giving us a nod, and anything below 7 means we've got work to do.

We're not just collecting opinions for the sake of it; we're on a quest for insights that help us evolve and by asking both our clients and candidates about their experiences, we fine-tune our strategies, ensuring that every interaction with us is not just good but exceptional.

Working with just a laptop and a mobile phone our founder, Phil Walker, setup Precision Recruitment in 2004. Fast forward to 2016 and amidst a changing market, Precision restructured its services to offer three core solutions.
