  • Performance analysis to streamline processes and information flow

  • Computer literate / practical knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook 365 Business central, Internet SAP, Microsoft Project

  • An understanding of contract law would also be advantageous

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within an engineering environment

  • Proven experience in managing large-scale engineering projects from inception to completion

  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Sound knowledge of project management tools and techniques

 Minimum Skills / Experience Required:
  • At least 3 years experience as a Production Supervisor within a CNC engineering machine shop, with process such as Milling, Turning or Grinding
