Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Salary: £22k - £25k basic - OTE £30k year 1
Based: Meridian Business Park, Leicester

Trainee Recruitment Consultants at Precision will go through an in-depth induction and learn in our strategically planned 2-month development academy where you will work alongside our most experienced Senior Recruiters on existing roles to source candidates for and help our clients find the people they need.  You will be coached on the craft of recruiting in a candidate-led area in Engineering & Technical Recruiting.
Key Focuses when in Training:

• Using recruiting tools to talk to identifying, source and headhunt people who fit the criteria for different job roles
• Matching skills against client requirements and understanding their experience and careers
  
  
  
• Telephone interviewing and short-listing candidates for Senior Recruiters
  
  
  
• A set coaching model to then advance you to working on placing people directly with end customers

The successful applicants will be required to demonstrate the following:

• You must be driven by personal success and motivated to earn commission
• Proven track record of success in a telesales or face to face environment
• Ambitious with a positive mindset
• Commercial awareness of how a business operates
• Information gathering and problem-solving skills
• Internet navigation and social networking ability
• Strong written and communication skills
• Ideally business-to-business sales experience
