Phil Walker

Recruitment Director
Phil Walker, Recruitment Director has over fifteen year's experience at the forefront of the industry.
"For me, an effective recruitment service is as much about transparency as it is about providing a tailor-made solution. This involves looking objectively at the requirements of both the client and the candidate as an impartial third party, and ensuring that the two match closely".
 
Phil uses Performance-based hiring methods, talent score-carding and assessment tools using Thomas International. He is a practioner in PPA (Work Behaviours), Emotional Intelligence, GIA and High Performance Trait Indicators.
