With a rich background spanning two decades in recruitment, the majority of which has been dedicated to agency work in the engineering and technical sectors, I bring extensive experience to the table. In addition, I have five years of internal recruitment experience, focusing on niche technology businesses and the industrial and construction industries, particularly in roles ranging from commercial to director positions.

Beyond my professional endeavors, rugby has been a consistent passion throughout my adult life. As an RFU-qualified coach, I've had the pleasure of guiding teams across various levels, from Mini's and Juniors to Women's Rugby and Senior Men's Rugby. I've also taken on the role of Referee and am proud to be a member of the Leicestershire Society.

Returning to Precision, where my engineering recruitment career began, is an exciting move for me. I'm eager to contribute to the business's growth during this dynamic period. Specifically, my focus includes areas like contract recruitment, mechanical and electrical recruitment, and working with contractors and contracting.
