Day shift: 7.30am - 4.30pm Mon to Thurs & 07.30-12.30 Friday
Pay Rate: £12.70

My client is a leading manufacturer within their industry based in Kettering within commutable distance from Corby, Wellingborough,Northampton and surrounding areas. They are currently looking for a skilled Assembly Operative to join their team.
 
The Role - Assembly Operative:


Assemble components and parts according to specifications and blueprints.

• Utilise hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks.
• Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to safety protocols.

 
Minimum Skills / Experience Required - Assembly Operative
 

• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools commonly found in assembly work.
• Must be mechanically minded
• Must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings 
• Must be able to do heavy lifting 
• Experience in sheet metal fabrication is an advantage 
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
