We are looking for an experienced Senior AOV Engineer to take a lead role in overseeing projects and installations across all sizes of Automatic Opening Vent (AOV) systems. You'll act as the technical lead, supporting both clients and colleagues, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards, on time, and in line with service-level agreements.

This role will suit a qualified electrician with experience managing AOV projects, who enjoys both the technical and customer-facing aspects of the job.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee AOV project installations on site.
• Provide technical support to planning teams and engineers.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers, managing pre-order and pre-start meetings.
• Deliver high-quality service and ensure projects meet client expectations.
• Supervise and support AOV engineers, offering feedback, training, and guidance.
• Provide in-house programming for technical changes to AOV products.
• Support AOV stock management.
• Deliver practical training for new starters.
• Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety standards, completing Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
• Liaise with the Head of Compliance to maintain regulatory standards..

The Right Person

The successful Senior AOV Engineer will be a qualified electrician with BS 5839) and the following skills and attributes:

• Experience managing AOV project installations
• Experience conducting Risk Assessments and Method Statements
