Driving license + own vehicle OR live within a 5-mile radius of LE19 is essential

• 12 months' experience in a telephone-based position– maybe you’ve worked in recruitment before, or telesales, complaint handling, or a similar type of role. 
• Resilience – you don’t spiral if someone says no. You bounce, learn, and keep going
• Energy – We’re looking for people who take initiative and are proactive, not just fill a seat
• Commercial brain – you spot where money’s being made and you want in

What You’ll Actually Be Doing:

• Building your own client base from scratch (with backup from a team that knows the game inside out)
• Sourcing and placing engineers into contract roles – the kind of people most recruiters can’t even find
• Becoming a name in your space – someone clients and candidates want to work with
• Hitting clear weekly targets so you always know where you’re at
