My client is an established manufacturer within the consumer product and appliance sector, supplying both internal divisions and global brand/OEM customers. They are currently looking for a talented Graduate Industrial Designer to support concept development, product styling and early-stage design work across multiple projects.

The Role – Graduate Industrial Designer:

• Supporting design activities from initial sketching through to concept refinement
• Producing high-quality 2D and 3D design proposals for internal teams and external customers
• Generating creative ideas, exploring new product directions, and contributing to early concept phases
• Conducting research into materials, product trends, consumer insights and innovative features
• Assisting with basic modelling, visualisation and prototyping. 

Minimum Skills / Experience Required – Graduate Industrial Designer:

• Degree (2:1 or above) in Industrial Design or Product Design
• Strong understanding of industrial design principles and trend awareness
• Confident in producing design proposals from sketch through to concept
• Experience with prototyping 
• CAD package experience, SolidWorks or Inventor, is essential. 
• Rhino or Blender experience is desirable.
