My established client specialises manufacturing machines for the metalwork industry. They are currently looking for a new Quality Engineer to join their small but established quality team. Commutable from Nuneaton, Warwick, Rugby, Leamington Spa and Hinckley.

Duties Include - Quality Engineer

• Collaborate with production and design teams to promote customer satisfaction across all employees on site.
  
  
• Monitor and report Quality KPIs.
  
  
• Respond proactively to customer complaints and questionnaires, resolving them in a timely manner and reporting on outcomes.
  
  
• Work closely with the Design Team to resolve any production-related build issues.
  
  
• Maintain and improve existing Quality Systems.
  
  
• Conduct internal and supplier audits as needed.
  
  

Key Skills / Experience Required - Quality Engineer

• Experience within the Manufacturing industry
  
  
• Quality trained with a good understanding of ISO9001
  
  
• Experience carrying out internal audits as per the ISO9001 standard
  
  
• Ability to program CMM with existing knowledge of CNC machines
  
  
• Competent problem solving skills
  
  
• Excellent oral and written English and basic computer skills
  
  

The Package - Quality Engineer

• Starting salary of up to £32-38K per annum, depending on experience
  
  
• Day shifts, Monday to Friday including early finish Friday
  
  
• Pension
