£30,000-£35,000. Plus bonus structure

This reputable chartered surveyor is looking for an engaging and inspiring Business Development Manager to join the sales team. This role will be covering the South region working with independent businesses offering expert advice with a business focus. Due to the growth of the business, the company is seeking a Field Account Manager to work on an exclusive project, meeting and converting new business with nightclub owners. You will be providing solutions to previous pre-qualified business agreements. Alternative job titles include Business Development Manager, BDM, Business Development Executive, Field Sales Consultant, Field Sales Representative, Field Sales Advisor or B2B Sales Executive. 


The Role- Field Sales Executive:


  • Use warm leads to generate business by offering expert property finance advice
  • Covering the South region, meet with potential clients to discuss and promote the company's project proposal
  • Use regular marketing to generate leads for follow-up sales
  • Follow up on client buy-ins from internal data
  • Work towards weekly sales targets
  • Work alongside the sales executives and telesales operatives to confirm business
  • Manage your own diary and hours to enable you to meet clients
  • Location of field sales: London - East Sussex - Hertfordshire - Essex - Kent


The Ideal Field Sales Executive:


  • Experience within a sales/field sales role
  • Proven experience of working with targets/SLAs
  • Excellent communicator with a confident personality
  • Be self-motivating and possess a can-do attitude
  • Full UK driver's licence, willing to travel to cover the south of the UK
  • Live within Sussex or surrounding areas
  • Ability to manage own workload effectively
