We are looking for an experienced Shot blaster / FLT Driver to join a busy manufacturing business in Derby DE11 

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with steady hours, premium overtime, and the chance to join a growing paintshop team.

The role

• Shotblasting large panels 
• Powder coating; training can be provided for the right candidate
• FLT Driving - Moving parts to and from the paint shop 
• Working to a high standard of quality
• Supporting the team to meet production targets
• Keeping your work area clean and organised

What we are looking for

• Previous Shotblasting experience is essential 
• The successful candidate must hold a Valid national FLT Licence 
• A full UK driving licence would be an advantage 
• Previous powder coating experience is desired but not essential
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable with a positive attitude and strong teamwork
