Leicester, LE8 - Days Shifts - Early Finish Friday

Up to £50k basic salary

Monthly Bonuses & Overtime - OTE up to £60k

Are you an experienced Mechanical Fitter, CNC Maintenance Engineer, Machine Tool Engineer or CNC Service Engineer within the machine tool manufacturing industry? This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in high-precision environments and has a proven track record in aligning and commissioning multi-axis machines.

The Role - Machine Tool Engineer:

- High-quality assembly of a wide variety of CNC machine tools

- Aligning 5-axis CNC machines to tight tolerances

- Utilising advanced tools like Renishaw and autocollimators

- Using DTI's (Dial Test Indicator's)

- Conducting ball screw and linear rail alignments

- Basic machine control commissioning

- Day Shifts, Early Finish Friday  

Minimum Skills / Experience Required - Machine Tool Fitter:

- Extensive experience in CNC machine tool fitting or CNC alignments from a Maintenance or Service background

- Strong understanding and experience of complex mechanical alignments

- The ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver high standards

- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Motivated and excellent team player

- Able to commute to the LE8 area  

The Package - Mechanical Fitter / Machine Tool Fitter:

- Basic salary up to £50k per annum with OTE up to £60k per annum

- Bonuses paid monthly

- Excellent progression opportunities
