The Role: As an Internal Sales Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, supporting them with enquiries, quotations, and orders. You'll develop lasting relationships with both new and existing clients, working closely with the wider sales and production teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound sales enquiries and provide accurate quotations as an Internal sales executive
Develop strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business
Identify opportunities to grow accounts and support new business development
Maintain accurate records on the CRM system as an Internal sales executive
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in internal sales, customer service, or account management as an Internal sales executive
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships
Organised, with excellent attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems as an Internal sales executive
Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or a technical environment would be an advantage (but not essential)
