My client is an established engineering manufacturing firm based in Redditch and commutable from Solihull, Bromsgrove, Alvechurch, Studley and Henley-in-Arden. They are currently looking for a skilled CNC Milling Programmer to join their team.


The Role: CNC Milling Programmer
- Set, operate and program CNC 3/4-axis Milling Machines
- Online program editing and programming from scratch CAD CAM ESPRIT software
- Adjusting offsets and making adjustments within programs
- Working on Fanuc-based controls 
- Working from drawings
- Quality control of components
- Maintaining machinery, removing swarf and routine oiling/greasing etc
- Carry out any other duties as required and deemed appropriate
- Complies with all Company rules including all Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental requirements


Minimum Skills / Experience Required: CNC Milling Programmer
- Experience of Setting, Operating and Programming CNC 3/4-axis Mills
- CNC Miller on Fanuc controls
- CNC Programming experience essential CAD CAM ESPRIT software
- Experience with Precision Engineering and working to tight tolerances
- Experience in the Automotive or Aerospace industry is desirable
- Experience working from engineering drawings
- Able to quality check own parts
- Able to work under pressure and to deadlines with a high level of quality standards achieved
- Motivated and excellent team player


The Package: CNC Milling Programmer
- Starting rate up to £20 per hour - negotiable dependent on experience
- Day shifts are Mon–Fri - Flexible Shift Pattern
