The Role

Carrying out site surveys and audits (beginning/during/end of project)

Ordering and sourcing materials

Primary point of contact for customer, site management, construction teams and manufacturer

Ability to read/check drawings, lift specifications and design requirements

Managing site labour and subcontractors where required

Programming works, testing and completing handovers to clients on completion

Our client is looking for a Technical Sales Manager with a Major Projects engineering background. The successful candidate will have experience winning new business and project managing the contracts through to completion.

The Role

You will manage the whole sales process and be able to follow up on sales to building a long term client-base.

Having the traits of a hunter and farmer are essential to be successful.

There will be office support for lead generation and office support for producing quotations.

You will cover a nationwide workload based from either the Newcastle or Leeds office whichever is closer to home.
