The Client:

Our client is a leading name in the manufacture of construction products, selling into commercial specification. Due to internal promotion we are recruiting for Sales Manager House Builders

To initiate and maintain good working relationships with your clients. To provide high quality and accurate advice about the specification and use of companies products and systems.

House Builders are the main focus for this role.

The Role

To persuade customers to buy the full range products, to maintain and developing existing relationships by effect range selling on features and benefits. Once the product is specified and agreed at head office level at the top 25 house builders in the UK you then drive the product forward on a regional level with the QS departments, commercial managers and commercial directors.

About you

To initiate and maintain contact with architects, designers, main contractors and specialist subcontractors to positively influence the decisions regarding the selection of Insulation materials to ensure the continuing increase share of the commercial building sector. Maintain regional relationships with Supply chain contractors by developing specification and value engineering to save the contractors money and with extra volume for the company.
