Key responsibilities will include:

Lead Generation - Database and new data management

Customer Retention (including customer research)

Administration, General office duties, Implementation of our bi-annual Customer Satisfaction Survey

Working alongside our marketing and design agency through;

Day to day liaison as their main point of contact

Constant review of the agreed marketing action plan

Attending monthly marketing meetings

Keeping a watching brief on company website and reviewing against competitors
