Salary: £18-30k basic - OTE £35-55,000 year 1

After joining Precision 10 years ago I have just recently been promoted to Regional Manager of the Construction and Building Products Division tasked with recruiting passionate individuals that want to be given the chance to do recruitment right, leaving the client and the candidate raving about how well they have been treated and that you have exceeded their expectations.
During my time at Precision I have always worked on Sales and Marketing roles for building product manufacturers due to growth I am now looking to recruit someone that can fill all the technical roles for these clients and grow a technical vertical in this division.
A Recruitment Consultant at Precision is fed a huge amount of vacancies from existing businesses and marketing, most of our roles are worked on an exclusive or retained basis. You will be supported by a resourcing team that use all the major job boards and linkedin to support you in finding candidates.
Sales at Precision have never been about cold calling till your ears bleed we are cleverer than that. We send out detailed industry specific marketing campaigns that result in clients calling in and then follow up with the people that have opened our emails, we reference all our candidates and we ask for referrals.
If you are sick of generic KPIs you will like how we work, we set our own metrics that are individual to the consultant, their experience and the sector they work in. We realise that the only thing we can control is the amount of interviews that we have happening as we know this will result in placements. Metrics are worked backwards starting from what you want to earn and then worked out on conversions rates, the more experience you gain means your metrics change and lower. We also use this as a training and development tool to assist you in becoming a great consultant that gets it right.
