Are you a proven Sales Manager that can lead and coach a team of successful Sales Executives to achieve sales targets and objectives?
Do you have experience in sales, sales management, elevator, construction or other relevant B2B environments?
Manage Sales Funnel
Sets sales targets according to market potential and FL unit guidelines
Gives direction and focus on the right customers through proper customer analysis
Ensures the correct value proposition & Executes and advises pricing guidelines for his/her area
Approves tenders and orders above salesperson's limits
Accountable for leading the Sell process to ensure results within orders, contracts, profitability and market price development
Plan sales, manage pricing and offering
Responsible for Regional and Individual Sales Plans (ISPs) for his/her team
Participates in market & customer analysis to ensure the quality of sales planning, pricing and offering management in order to drive ensure market pricing & profitability
Balance order received growth and profitability by managing discounts
Responsible for gathering relevant information about competitors and market from the field and identifying opportunities for cross-selling all solutions
Customer relationship management
Accountable for developing company position and customer base in the market
Drives proactive engagement and consultative selling showing value over the life-cycle
Ensures the development of customer relationships, profitability, customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Identifies and builds relationships to key decision makers, potential new targets and influence
Leadership / People management
Leads the sales team (Salespersons, Sales Specialists) through own example of being proactive with customers and using consultative selling
Coaches the team members to achieve better results & sharing of best practices
Manages the performance & Develops the competences of the sales team
Ensures adequate resources to achieve the short and long term targets
Selects/appoints local team members to manage the strategic / core 1 customer relationships
Understands the selling cycle, the customer's purchasing strategies, selling, negotiating, reporting and
funnel management also business planning, controlling and leading people
Professional Sales Competencies and requirements as defined in the Sales Competence survey
Relevant degree in commercial or technical field - Desirable
Experience in sales, sales management, elevator, construction or other relevant B2B environments
