As a Sales Director for the technical division within a global distributor, you will be experienced to successfully lead a multi-divisional team, responsible for the overall coordination, functional management, and leadership of the technical sales activities across the UK.
You will have exceptional experience and knowledge of the following:
An effective Sales Director, with a proven ability to achieve market penetration and sales growth, within a technical market
Able to use your strong knowledge of the distribution sector, to achieve client and supplier relationship aims
A strong understanding of industrial engineering/manufacturing environments and the product needs perspective
Utilise past experience to build a stronger team with new and existing members using support mentality and cross-selling culture.
Using entrepreneurial expertise to challenge current business strategies in place to maximise revenue.
Able to build relationships with the wider enterprise; including sales and product teams to develop product ranges and with key suppliers.
