THE ROLE OF ELECTRICAL FITTER/ WIRER
- Wiring Sub Assemblies
- Wiring Racks
- Machine Wiring
- Some mechanical assembly
- Preparation of wires
- Termination of wires
- Installation of cables
- Testing
THE RIGHT ELECTRICAL FITTER/ PANEL WIRER
- Ability to read schematic diagrams
- HSE conscious
- 17th/ 18th Edition advantageous
- Experience of wiring machinery
- Full panel build
- Wiring fine coaxial cables
- Have own tools

THE ROLE OF ASSISTANT PRODUCTION ENGINEER
- Collect Engineering Drawings
- Use of hand tools
- Working in a small department
- Wiring up pumps
- Assembling sub-assemblies: putting the equipment and pumps together
- Wiring equipment to the circuit boards
- Testing and setting units.
- Ensuring stock is ordered in time,

- Using a variety of hand and power tools
- Creating sub assemblies
- Reading 2D and 3D drawings
- Use of threading machines
- Completing build before inspection
- Working independently and as part of a team
- Occasional worldwide travel required for service jobs
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Experience of building SPM/ Robotics/ CNC Machines/ Automated Machinery
- Can read technical diagrams
- Mechanically minded
- C&G in engineering an advantage
- Able to build bespoke machines from start to finish
- Must be happy with occasional travel
