The Role

The Internal Sales Executive is a position created to fall in line with their expansion plans. Reporting directly to the UK Head of Sales, the role is pivotal to ensuring the success of the commercial business objectives.  The role will hold responsibility for delivery of the UK new business sales number. The role includes responsibility for executing the sales strategy for both Direct and Channel sales to schools, colleges, Academy Trust and LA’s. We would also expect the role holder to lead and deliver some of the largest, most crucial new business opportunities.

The Candidate

This is a role for an experienced Sales Executive, therefore you will have a successful proven track record, ideally of selling Technology related products. However, my client will consider individuals from all sectors who possess the right attitude - Driven, Hungry, Passionate, enjoys making new contacts and building relationships. 

Success Characteristics

Proven track record in Software sales - Educational sector or I.T related products would be an advantage

Driven, Hungry, Passionate and a strong desire to earn 

Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills

Ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels

Creative and critical thinker - Someone who isn't afraid of going out of their comfort zone to achieve targets

Good technical skills with strong business acumen

Time management skills

Ability to prioritize and focus on a task to completion

Motivated to travel and work independently and effectively within a multicultural environment
