Up to £50k per annum - Overtime and Training Available 

Our well-established client is a leading Food Manufacturer in the Northampton area. Due to continuous growth, they are currently looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer with experience in the Food or FMCG industry. The chosen candidate will be responsible for the daily upkeep of all production machinery to ensure production runs smoothly.
 
Commutable from Milton Keynes, Daventry, Kettering, Bedford, Banbury, Wellingborough, Coventry, Leicester.
 
Duties Include:
- Reactive and preventative maintenance of food production machinery including check weighers, metal detectors, multivac wrapping machines, multi-head ovens, sealers and metal detectors
- Electrical and mechanical repairs
- Fault finding and repair of PLCs 
- Continuous improvement projects
- Performance on PM routines
- Working as part of a thriving team
 
Key Skills / Experience Required:
- A multi-skilled or electrical maintenance engineer
- Food or FMCG industry experience
- Engineering qualifications (electrical preferred)
- PLC fault finding experience
- Experience on high-speed mechanical, electrical and automation systems
- Positive attitude at all times
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and a high standard of personal performance
- Flexible and a keen team player
 
The Package:
- Starting salary of up to £50k per annum depending on experience 
- Overtime available enhanced rates
