Salary: £15.42 per hour
My client are a successful market leader within their industry, specialising in construction products. Due to continued growth, my client are looking to add a multi skilled maintenance engineer to join their already successful team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced multi skilled engineer from a heavy engineering background to join a forward thinking organisation, this position is commutable from Wellingborough, Northampton, Kettering, Bedford and Corby.

- Lives within a commutable distance from Northampton

The MD being a carpenter by trade is well respected locally and has good relationships with Private Investors and Developers. Renowned for high-quality buildings with attention to detail and well-run teams on site they continue to grow and take on bigger projects. To allow him to work on the commercial side of the business they now need a Projects Manager to take over the running of the teams on site.

We are looking for a Project Manager with:
- Experience of running new builds and or renovation projects of £100k to £8m in size
- Proven Project Management experience covering budget and timeframes
- Successful wins with developers assisting the MD to get quotes over the line
- Managing subcontractors effectively on pricing and lock into jobs
- The ability to run multiple projects at different sizes and designs.
- Leadership qualities to manage 3 Site Foreman
- A commercial mindset to balance costs and increase margins
- An experienced tradesperson with an understanding of the construction industry
