Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 plus commission OTE £150k

We are now recruiting for a highly motivated Sales Manager to proactively manage the sales function for a well-known independent lift & escalator engineering organisation in the UK.
This role will require the selling of either new service contracts for escalators or major repair works, modernisation's or new installations. The role is to identify customer's needs and to generate sales to build a pipeline of new business. The aim is to bring with you an order book which will encompass your portfolio of existing lift and escalator client base. You will have clear and defined routes to market to generate new business aware of new construction projects coming up for end 2020/2021.
If you are a proven and highly skilled salesman in the lift and escalator industry and you are familiar with exceeded individual sales targets you will be rewarded with a market leading basic salary and commission structure including bonuses for over-achieving. This role has been designed for future growth of the business. The role will also include account management for exiting clients where you will nurture these accounts looking to identify both lift and escalator sales opportunities.
