The Company

Precision People's Search Division is focused on the mid to senior level executive hiring across the professional services marketplace. This opportunity is to join at the senior level of Divisional Manager to grow a business within a business. Precision has grown over the last 12 years to be financially robust to now move further into the executive marketplace and establish itself as a strong brand within its specialised divisions, the focus is to grow a successful third division of recruiting within all management and director level roles with Human Resources. Having industry-leading technology, intelligent marketing and the support of the senior team, growing the HR brand will be the chance for you to own shares in the business you are helping to build. The Role

To grow and build Precision's HR recruitment division from the ground up within a well established and trusted brand, to utilise existing relationships to offer our clients a precise, consultative approach to their individual hiring needs. You will directly contribute your ideas and knowledge to shape the building of a team, the company's value and therefore your earning potential. After a three month probation, you will be allocated EMI shares in the business then developing into a shareholding director.

You will lead the development and shape of the HR division, recruit the team underneath you and attract recruiters into the business to create an organisation built on great recruiting capability and therefore creating value within your shares. It envisaged in the future that this would give us revenue to build a larger business quickly. You will be helped by the directors in the overall growth of the division, giving you the focus of fee earning and the development of your
team. The established support team will manage the financial, marketing and operational side, including recruiting and onboarding people into your team. You will mentor and guide new starters through to becoming successful recruiters, by showing best practice consistently within the craft of recruitment.

The Right Person

You will have several successful years in recruiting HR professionals across the Midlands region from Manager level upwards. You will be a trusted advisor to the Human Resource community and understand the important part we play as consultants to our client's businesses. The person must really understand the process of detailed, quality and results-based search. You will understand what your metrics are to be successful and be able to lead from the front with the team as it grows. Having experience of leading a small team is ideal and the coaching style must be second nature.
