Sales Executive

£18000 - £25000 per annum

This a great opportunity for a Sales Executive - moving into field sales within 12 -18 month

Commutable from Melton Mowbray, Oakham, Stamford, Uppingham, Syston, Thurmaston, Quorn, Loughborough, Bourne, Market Deeping, Peterborough

A great package is £20-25 BASIC commission OTE £35k uncapped

Our Client is a leading name in landscape materials. This product can be used in consumer homes, play areas and events. A stable company that is almost 30 years old. Due to growth, they are now looking for a Sales Executive to grow distributor accounts.

You will be their go-to person to support, encourage and develop their businesses, which in turn will grow our business.

You will also pro-actively seek and identify new clients by utilising existing data and using your initiative and sales skills.

We are seeking a competent individual with a can-do attitude that can work well under pressure and is no stranger to hard work, who can demonstrate a proven history of pro-active sales skills.

You will be a key member of our front line team and will advise clients about our exclusive trade products.

You will also:

Prepare quotes,take orders and payments, plan deliveries, manage and filter enquiries using CRM software

deliver excellent customer service, submit sales reports report on your progress and activity with a concise report to management during regular meetings

Assist in the communication and managing of promotions

Use social media and networking sites to generate new business

Encourage clients to engage with our social media channels

Contribute to online content (web page, blogs, social media etc)

Educate and train clients on best practice installation methods

Develop and discuss new ideas and improvements with management for ways in which we can improve the business

The role is a full time.

Working hours of 8.45am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Significant experience in the following:

Customer focused

Internal account management experience

High attention to detail

Excellent IT skills

Self-motivated hunter mentality

Desire to move into field sales

Due to location a car is essential
