Welder

Welder fabricator required 

Paying up to £12 per hour 

Temp to Permanent 

 

The Successful MIG welder/fabricator will be joining a fabrication business specialising in high quality stainless steel and aluminium projects   Our client has a full order book for 2021 and looking for an experienced welder with great attitude to join their existing team. 

MIG Welder Duties 

• To weld to a high degree of standard and accuracy assemblies and steel structures detailed in fabrication drawings
• To weld various steels and grades as required within your expertise of work.
• To read, understand and interpret drawings and sketches
• To contribute generally to the development of the engineering team

Skills and attributes

• Good all round welding skills
• Used to working with large fabrications
• High work standards
• Able to work to reasonable, achievable time target
• Coded Welding / tig experience would be useful, but not a specific requirement
• Open to learn new skills, processes and methods
• Good adherence to systems and processes
• Positive, can do all round attitude
• Good team player
• Good timekeeper
