As a primary contact for all coming enquiries you will be resposnsible for taking orders, processing them and agreeing dispatch. Maintaining high levels of customer service at all time and ensuring systems update with great attention to detail. Working alongside Area Sales Managers making sure full coverage of accounts in their area.
Proactively chasing dormant accounts and getting them back spending. Project tracking large scale commercial projects.
Experience in the following:
Internal Sales, account management or customer service experience ideally from construction or manufacturing
High attention to detail, with analytical skills
Excellent IT skills
Superior telephone manner
Driving licence and car due to location
