A great package is available basic £35-50k DOE

Purpose:

We are currently seeking a highly professional Marketing Manager to lead a wide range of marketing activities, aimed at product promotion and increasing brand awareness to a National marketplace.

The Successful Marketing Manager will work for a company that can boast:

The Candidate

Significant experience in the following:

Marketing Management experience

Creative Strategy

Leading the marketing function;

Developing, designing, implementing, and facilitating a marketing strategy that will drive profitable growth; - alongside directors

Developing brand awareness through all relevant channels;

Organising exhibitions and corporate events;

Planning and executing promotions, social media and PR campaigns;

Analysing and reviewing the effectiveness of marketing programs and reporting on findings;

Strong experience and proven track record with branding of products in a B2B and B2C environment

Digital biased - experience with all social media platforms

Website message and development and analytic

Understanding of return on investment

More than all this we want someone who wants to work in a good business and help it be great, you will challenge the norm and work closely with sales and commercial teams to investigate what the customer wants and how to get the message to them

You will be looking for a challenge, you will have high energy levels and oodles of enthusiasm

The Role:

Working as part of the management team to ensure marketing is at the full front of growth plans for 2019

Responsible for a team 2, motivating and guiding them

Working alongside sales and commercial teams to gain market knowledge and investigate these findings turning them into audience focused marketing campaigns

You will set the direction and the strategy of all marketing activities and have full budget responsibility.

The company

You will be tasked with growing existing accounts sales, but we expect the majority of your time to be spent chasing down new business. You will work closely with the Brands Director to achieve our ambitious growth targets.

It will be important that you can influence sales at both consumer outlet level and with major distributors.

This is a work from home role, with Nationwide travel.
