Monday - Friday - 39 hours per week
Increased hours in Shutdown Season April - June
£15ph Monday - Friday (Limited Company/ Umbrella Status)
Overtime Rates upto £30ph

My client is a specialist engineering firm providing engineering resources to the Power Industry, in particular renewable energy. Due to continued growth and increased successful tenders my client now require an Engineering Stores Person for a project in North Wales - This contract will be at standard hours with increased hours during shutdowns and when required. If you are an experienced stores person please read on.

The Role of Stores Person

• Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 16:30
• Friday 08:00 - 15:30
• Increased hours during the shutdown period
• 39 hour minimum week
• Working in a small stores team
• Booking goods in and goods out
• Updating Materials system
• Creating Kits of Parts for the engineering department
• Using a Materials Management System
• Driving a Fork Lift Truck

 
The Right Stores Person
Essential 

• Flexibility with hours due to upcoming shutdown period
• Stores Experience
• Experience of booking goods in and out
• IT Literate 
• Use of Materials Management Systems
• Forklift truck experience and license
