Day Shifts - 8am to 5pm - Early Finish Friday

£9.00 per hour - Overtime Available

 

Our established Engineering & Manufacturing client are currently looking for an experienced FLT Operative to join their team on morning shifts. Based in Leicester, Leicestershire. 

 

Job Purpose:

The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting with assembly work in the morning and then using a Counterbalance Forklift Truck to help unload. load and organise a busy warehouse in the afternoon.

 

Duties:

- FLT operating

- Assembly of products using various metals and plastics

- Moving materials, stock and finished products

- Unloading and loading HGV's and Vans

- Helping to organise the warehouse to improve efficiency

 

Key Skills / Experience Required:

- Previous experience as a FLT Driver, FLT Operator, FLT Operative, Forklift Driver or Forklift Operative

- Counterbalance licence is essential

- Must have worked in a busy engineering or manufacturing business

- Hard-working and motivated

- Able to work independently and as part of a team

 

The Package:

- Starting pay rate of £9.00 per hour

- Onsite parking

- Day Shifts

- Mon to Thurs 08.00-17.00, Fri 08.00-14.00
