My client is a very prestigious organisation that specialises in the distribution of engineering products and is the leading organisation of it's kind, within Europe. They have recently been heavily invested in by their global counterpart, within logistics, distribution and software, to ensure they truly are a step ahead of their competitors.

The Role

As a Technical Sales Manager within a global distributor, you will be required to lead an entire divisional team and will be responsible for the overall coordination, functional management and leadership of their sales activities across your region.

You will have exceptional experience and knowledge of the following:

  • Effective Sales Leadership to bring out the best in people, building a cohesive and communicative team.
  • Through strong knowledge of the distribution sector, achieve client and supplier relationship aims.
  • Delivering results through people understanding KPIs; performance and improvement plans.
  • Using entrepreneurial expertise to challenge current business strategies in place, to maximise revenue.
  • Build relationships with the wider enterprise; including sales and product teams to develop product ranges and with key suppliers.
