My client are a facilities management company working with High Street Named companies nationally, due to an increased portfolio and increased workload, they now require an electrically bias engineer to cover the Yorkshire and Northern regions. Competitive rates of pay
THE ROLE OF ELECTRICALLY BIAS FM ENGINEER
Basic hours of 08:00 - 17:00
Covering the North West, Yorkshire and North East Regions
Work emailed weekly
Programme management - to prioritise work
Carry out electrical works in a commercial environment
Carrying out FM works within premises (outside electrical scope where required)
Call out rota of 1 in 8 weeks
Meeting client SLAs
THE RIGHT ELECTRICALLY BIAS FM ENGINEER
Full clean driving license
17th Edition Wiring Regulations
City and Guilds in electrical installations
Ability to fault find and repair
Experience within facilities management outside of electrical remit
2391 - Test and Inspection holder
Used to working to SLAs
Commercial environment experience
