The Candidate

Experience in the following:

Internal Sales, account management or customer service experience or customer relations ideally from construction or manufacturing

Customer focused

High attention to detail, with analytical skills

Excellent IT skills

Superior telephone manner

Driving licence and car due to location

The Role:

  • To co-ordinate the Company's response to customer complaints, being the principal point of contact for customers, ensuring problems are resolved in a timely and effective way and to ensure relevant corrective action is taken to prevent repeat of issue.
  • To be responsible for the administration of the Customer Complaints process, liaising between the end users, installers, stockists and personnel to ensure complaints are resolved in a an efficient manner.
  • To research each complaint on an individual basis and investigates thoroughly to ensure full history of complaint is taken in order to make a recommendation for resolution.
  • To make decisions and recommendations to managers on the most cost effective and efficient means of complaint resolution.
  • To identify key attributes of complaint to ensure corrective action is taken to prevent re-occurrence of issue and identify potential areas of concern within the business.
