The Role

Due to expansion and promotion of the current team they are recruiting for a Customer Service Agent - Order Taker - Customer account manager

The role is essential to the good name of the business as you are often the first point of contact for orders and queries and checking customers future requirements

You will work along internal departments to make sure the customer experience is a good one.

You will build lasting relationships with major accounts and repeat customers.

You will process all orders through internal system and will generate reports for the internal sales department. There is an element of shift work to this role, so you must be available 7 days a week on rota basis.

The Person

For this role you need to be commercially aware and be looking for an opportunity to progress through a global company.

The key traits you will need to demonstrate are drive, hunger to succeed in a customer service environment, a strong, witty personality, and the ability to naturally build rapport with others. Excellent communication skills are essential, as well as administration experience. You will have experience from a commercial background with an element of business-to-business customer service. If you have service coordination experience or transport or logistics experience this would be ideal

For this role you must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle.

You will be able to deal with complaints and queries and follow them through to resolution.
