Job Title: Business Development Executive - Civil Engineering Software

Salary: £18-30k plus bonus negotiable for the right person

Are you a driven sales person that is looking to take commercial sales experience into a specialist field that can offer progression to a sales manager?

The Company:

My client is a leading name in specialist software for civil engineering projects, just recently they have merged with a global player in the market to now take the UK by storm.

The Role:

This role is about proactively contacting contacts with in Highways consultancies regarding the benefit of using this specialist project software. As this is a newly innovated product to the Uk market they may not be aware of the benefits in can offer to their projects. This role is not solely about selling it is about educating and asking intelligent questions.

The role would involve talking to Uk consultancy and also speaking to contacts that are working on behalf of these companies internationally. You would make qualified appointments for the MD to go and present the solution to these clients. This role is about quality, not quantity.

Candidate:

Excellent communication and relationship building skills would be critical

Flexibility, drive, and self-motivation

Experience from a proactive sales discipline

Excellent rapport building skills and the ability to ask intelligent questions
