Our client is looking for an experienced CNC Turret Operator to join their expanding team.

Start time 14.00. Finish time 22.00. Monday to Friday

Overtime paid at a premium

JOB PURPOSE

To report to the Production Manager

To Operate the CNC Turret Machine 
Feed the sheet metal into the machine 
Detag and Name 
To read all engineering drawings 
Inspect and pack ready for the next section
Tool Sharpening
Tool Change 
Check quality against the machine and drawings
General operative Duties while the machine is running 
Operate an FLT


CNC Turret Operator Role 

CANDIDATE:

• Ability to operate a CNC Turret Machine 
• 2-4 years CNC Turret operation experience 
• Ability to Read Engineers Drawings 
• Hold an FLT Licence - National licence preferred
• Candidate should be able to work on their own initiative.
• Candidate should be Flexible and willing to carry out other roles when required

To report to the Welding Supervisor

To MIG/TIG Weld stainless steel 1mm - 5mm and hot Raw up to 20 mm
The majority of the Welding will be Tig Welding 
To read all engineering drawings 


THE TIG Welder  

CANDIDATE:

• Ability to TIG Weld stainless steel 1mm - 6mm
• Fitting experience an advantage but not essential 
• Highly skilled apprentice trained fabricator who can read engineering drawings cope with varied jobs and materials.
• More than 3 years industry experience welding and fabricating stainless steel  (desired but not essential)
• Candidate should be able to work on their own initiative.
