Salary: £25,500 - £35,500 plus very attractive benefits

Commutable: Essex, Kent, Surrey, London (considered as far North as Milton Keynes)

We are looking for 4 highly skilled Shutters & Gates Engineers to service, repair, and install all types of industrial shutters & gates. To carry out planned and reactive shutters and automatic gate maintenance tasks safely and to an agreed standard within a defined major supermarket portfolio and other retail outlets to a required Service Level. To provide first line response to all emergencies.

Accountability's:

* Timely completion of Shutters & Gates (S&G) reactive and planned maintenance tasks including fault finding and repairing all issues associated with the estates equipment.

* Ensure compliance with all H & S requirements and complete S&G surveys technical reports

* Ensure appropriate audits and checks (seasonal) are carried out in line with standards provided

* To order and fit parts or components as prescribed by company procedures

* Able to effectively diagnose, identify faults, failures with equipment, systems - provide solutions

* Investigate and report in detail any problems and incidents

We are recruiting for a Sales Executive to cover an area above North of London, selling the new service contracts for passenger lifts. The role of a Sales Executive is to identify customer's needs and to generate sales to exceed individual sales targets

Ideal candidates will have excellent product range knowledge and possess commercial awareness of construction within the lift industry. We are looking for individuals who are able to interpret CAD drawings and have a sound understanding and awareness of Lifts Standards and building regulations.

To succeed in this role, you need to be confident and dynamic, able to drive continuous improvement, managing your workload effectively and influencing others. A confident attitude and self-motivation key for this role.
