My client are looking to recruit a Junior Project Engineer to be responsible for providing application specific support to the Sales Team within the Automation and Materials Handling area of the business. You will be operating between sales and engineering, gathering / reviewing information about client specific requirements, developing concepts, designs, costings and producing detailed technical proposals/bids. You will also spend time working with suppliers & industry specialists, testing customer samples with state of the art equipment while investigating different alternatives.

The Project Co-Ordinator will assist the Installation Project Manager who is in charge of leading and managing the Installation team to ensure safe, high quality, complete-on-time delivery of company solutions within budget.

The most successful candidates will come from the lift and escalator industry with at least 2 years of experience as a Project Co-Ordinator or having Project Management as part of their key responsibilities. Also this Project Coordinator should have a strong technical understanding, advantageous if from the tools or Lift Design Background.

Project Coordinator Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Project Manager in all his duties

  • Communicating professionally with Clients by email, phone and on-site meetings
