THE ROLE:

  • Reporting into the Logistics Director, this role will be responsible for a nationwide network of local transport carriers.

  • Direct man management of a team of 4 people (including a team leader & 3 co-ordinators).

  • Areas of responsibility for this role will include: Carrier Management, Induction of new Carriers into the network, management of SLA's and Distribution Network performance (currently 200 suppliers).

  • Predominately the client base will be B2B so an element of white glove customer service will be involved.
