Experienced Specialist Recruiter Scott Lydon Returns, Adding Depth to Precision People's Team

Specialist Technical and management staffing business Precision People has added to their successful Mechanical and Electrical contract team, by welcoming back Scott Lydon who re-joins as Managing Consultant. Scott, who previously worked at Precision from 2007-2013, will head up the already hugely successful Mechanical and Electrical contract team, which specialises in blue-collar engineers into process industries, machine build and onsite engineering teams.

Scott brings a wealth of twenty years of experience in the recruitment arena,  spending most of that time in various agencies in the engineering and technical markets. He then spent five years in internal recruitment, working for niche engineering businesses, working on various types of roles at all levels, from blue-collar to management positions. 

Scott who has been playing Rugby his whole adult life and is a qualified RFU coach, coaching Rugby from Mini's and Juniors, women's through to Senior men's rugby, commented on his move:-
